How Do I Start a Claim? When you experience a breakdown, we ask that you take immediate action to prevent further damage. Your service contract contains a towing provision that provides limited coverage in the event your vehicle should not be driven or is completely disabled. We recommend that you take your vehicle to your selling dealer because of their continuing and personal interest in you. If you change residence or are traveling you may take your vehicle to any repair facility in the US or Canada. Please instruct the dealership or repair facility to call the claims department at Administration Plus toll free, before any work or disassembly is performed, as prior authorization is required for all claims. How Will My Claim Be Paid? When the repair is authorized, Administration Plus will arrange to pay the claim by check or credit card at the repair facility’s preference. Return to Top
Can I Buy a Service Contract Directly from Administration Plus? No, Administration Plus does not market or sell service contracts directly to the public. Most contracts are sold in conjunction with a vehicle sale. Return to Top
How Do I Know What Parts are Listed as Covered By My Service Contract? There are hundreds of components that may be covered on your contract. You can first check the application page that you signed for the coverage level that you have selected, and then look in the Schedule of Coverages section of the contract for the corresponding components that are listed. Note: Only an Administration Plus claims representative can authorize the repair or replacement of a component in the event of a claim. Return to Top
How Do I Transfer My Contract if I Sell My Vehicle? To transfer your contract you must submit the following within 30 days of the change in vehicle ownership: The original contract and application, a completed transfer form signed by you and the new purchaser, photocopies of all maintenance records, and a check for the amount designated in your contract, made out to “Administration Plus USA”. A transfer form can be accessed and printed by linking to: www.administrationplususa.com/forms. Return to Top
What Can I Do if I Misplace or Lose My Contract? Simply call our offices and ask a Contract Administrative department representative for another copy of the contract. We can mail, or e-mail you a duplicate copy ASAP. Return to Top
What are the Maintenance Requirements for My Contract? Unless otherwise indicated by your contract, you are required to follow the manufacturer’s recommendations for servicing your vehicle. Maintenance is an important part of keeping your vehicle in excellent working condition and extending your vehicle’s life. Maintenance is also a condition of the service contract. Check with your owner’s manual or selling dealership to see which maintenance schedule corresponds to your driving habits and geographic area. Return to Top
