Technology Overview
Administration Plus is committed to the development and utilization of technology in all aspects of our operation.
The technology team at Administration Plus brings over 80 years of technical experience with more than 40 of these years being specific to the Insurance and Automotive product industry, supporting, developing, and maintaining state-of-the-art network and Administration Systems.
Our development team is currently working on the Vehicle Service Contract integration to our Administration System. During this development time, we have partnered with Stone Eagle Technologies to provide us with both their VSC System and their On-line Secure system.
Our development team is also working on an on-line rating system capable of integrating with any Web based menu system. This will allow a dealer to utilize our products without changing their current menu provider. If a Dealer does not currently use a menu system, then we can implement one of several options to bring the dealership up-to-date. Our team is also maintaining the recently developed Ancillary Product Administration System used to process our GAP business and other ancillary product lines.
Our on-line reporting system can be easily modified to provide custom reports, in addition to the standard Production, Loss, Paid Claims, Open Claims, and Dealer reconciliation reports at the agent and dealer level.
In an effort to stay current with today’s ever-changing technologies, Administration Plus utilizes the most current hardware and software on the market. As a Microsoft shop, we employ Microsoft’s Visual Studio 2008 using the latest .Net Framework to develop all our custom system applications. For our database and reporting needs, we employ Microsoft’s SQL Server running on some of the fastest hardware available on the market today.
Administration Plus is also working towards a paperless office where applicable. All documents transmitted to our office are digitally scanned and made available on-line to our Customer Service and Claims departments. Using our Administration System, employees have digital access to customer’s records, contracts, and any transmittals between us and the customer eliminating the need to leave their desks to track down a file folder.
As part of our commitment to our customers to keep our systems user friendly and still provide all of the functionality expected, we will periodically survey our agents and dealers for enhancements to the website and the on-line system. We want to ensure we are providing information with our systems that is useful, timely, and fulfills our partners (customers) expectations.
