Sean M. Gouhin - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Sean Gouhin serves as Chairman and CEO of Administration Plus USA and has a wide range of educational and professional experience that complements his duties in this regard. Sean is an attorney by vocation and is a member of the bars of the Supreme Courts of Ohio and Florida, as well as the United States Tax Court and various national, state and local professional bar associations. Sean served in private practice for 10 years (the last three as a Firm principal) in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, turnaround alternatives, securities and venture capital, federal taxation and general corporate and business representation.
Sean made the transition to business ownership after creating a business and venture capital plan for the acquisition of several underperforming automobile dealership franchises (domestic and import/luxury and non-luxury). Sean co-managed all aspects of dealership operations from an ownership and executive officer level and is an OEM dealer principal. Most notably, he was instrumental in taking a non-luxury import store that was ranked third locally and elevating it to the number one brand producing dealership in a five state region and the top overall single franchise in the central Ohio area. He also developed, implemented and managed a highly successful private label VSC and ancillary product administration program which continues to flourish today. Sean has been able to contribute his unique blend of expertise in business legal representation, dealership ownership/high level management, and VSC program development/implementation to Administration Plus USA’s business model and philosophy.
A native of Ashtabula, Ohio, Sean has earned a B.A. degree in Accounting, a Juris Doctor, and a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Federal Taxation. Sean currently resides in Blacklick, Ohio, with his wife, Vanessa, who practices as an intellectual property attorney, and their daughter, Chloe (5), and two sons Sean Michael Jr. (3) and Harmon Killian (1). Richard L. Baldini - President
Richard L. Baldini is President of Administration Plus USA. Richard also serves as an advisor for Resource Marketing Consultants, Inc., an Ohio corporation which he founded in 1992 and was President/CEO until his appointment as President of a multi-million dollar vehicle service contract provider/administrator in June 2006 until his resignation in November 2007.
His background of 35 years consists of the marketing, design and management of several "private-labeled" service contract programs as well as providing marketing and consulting services to an array of companies such as Dent Wizard International, Bankers Integrated Group, Warrantech Automotive Corporation and Acceleration Corporation. In 1996, Richard was responsible for securing approval from the Office of the Comptroller of Currency authorizing national banks to sell vehicle service contracts and subsequently developed, trained and managed a program for Bank One Corporation. In addition, Richard served as a consultant for Provident National Bank and implemented and managed a vehicle service contract program in the leasing department on lease end terminations.
Richard has extensive experience in retail automobile dealership consulting and management, including his tenure as the Finance and Insurance Director for Marshall Motor Company in Cleveland, Ohio for 14 years. He also assisted Ford Motor Company with the nationwide launch of Ford's ESP Warranty Program.
Raised in Columbus, Ohio, Richard and his wife Vicki of 40 years have 3 children, Kimberly, Jennifer and Richard II (President of Resource Marketing Consultants, Inc.) and 3 grandchildren. Vicki and Richard reside in Columbus and Fort Myers, Florida. Return to Top

Alan M. Weiner - Chief Financial Officer
Alan Weiner is Chief Financial Officer of Administration Plus USA. For 11 years, prior to joining Administration Plus USA, Al was employed by a multi-million dollar vehicle service contract provider/administrator. While serving as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Al was responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the company's accounting and auditing systems. Al also has expertise in dealer/agent profit-sharing and reinsurance company programs. In addition, he worked closely with several major insurance carriers and large agent groups to provide enhanced reporting and response-time capabilities.
Prior to this, Al served in many capacities, including Vice President, for a national insurance company offering vehicle service contracts, credit life coverage, and a wide range of commercial lines products.
Al is a native of northern New Jersey and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Ohio University. In addition, Al earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Accounting from Franklin University, Columbus, Ohio. Al currently resides in Powell, Ohio. Return to Top
- Joseph J. MacDuffie - Chief Information
Officer
Joseph MacDuffie is Chief Information Officer of Administration Plus USA. He has extensive experience in IT, and comes to Administration Plus USA from his work in consulting, banking and the automotive industries. He has past experience as the Systems Administrator for an automotive dealership, and has experience updating and maintaining computers, web sites, applications and all the functions necessary to keep an IT department running smoothly.
Most recently Joe was the Systems Administrator and sole IT for a national restaurant franchisor, and maintained and updated a custom built database application for the company. He has several certifications and actively works to keep updating his knowledge in the IT industry.
Joe is originally a native of Massachusetts, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry university. He currently resides in Westerville, Ohio. Return to Top
